We are excited to share that the injection mold for our new ABS flange is in its final stages and almost ready for production.
The ABS flange will replace the current aluminum flange we are using. The aluminum flange was used for Airdeck Pro air conditioners for flat roofs. The new ABS flange is an incredible improvement and has a fresher, more modern look.
The aluminum flange was designed to be a sturdy, water-proof roof curb for the Airdeck Pro units on flat roofs. It was engineered so the Airdeck Pro could be installed safely and stably. The ABS flange serves the same purpose, but with a better-fitting design, more precise dimensions, a sleeker appearance, and is much less fragile.
New ABS Flange Development
This new flange has been specifically developed for the Climate King Airdeck Pro roof curb / flat roof air conditioner, the perfect solution for air conditioning installations on flat roofs. It integrates seamlessly with the product and meets the best installation requirements for this unit.
With the introduction of the ABS flange, the aluminum flange will be replaced and the ABS flange will become standard equipment with Airdeck Pro installations.
This is a major step forward in the design of our components and provides even greater assurance for a trouble-free installation and the highest quality assurance for the products we supply.
