We take care of your order

We take care to have your order delivered in the best way possible. We do this through our selected transport partners. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.

In the morning, a time window is indicated with the estimated time of delivery. Often this is a two-hour time window. The carrier will try to be with you within this time window. We recommend that you make sure someone is present at the delivery address within this time window to receive the order.

  • All our products are delivered within 1-2 business days provided they are in stock
  • When products are not in stock with us, but are at the supplier, it will take 1 day longer
  • If products are not in stock at our supplier you will hear from us as soon as possible.
  • Parcels and/or pallets are delivered by DHL, HST, PostNL or Transmission, these offer the parcel or pallet only once
  • If you miss the shipment you often have to pick it up at a depot, this depot may be very far away from your delivery address. You can also schedule a second delivery attempt, however there are usually costs associated with this. We therefore recommend that you make sure that someone is present at your delivery location or give clear delivery instructions with your order.

All prices are excluding VAT and per piece. We charge shipping costs in order to offer our products as competitively as possible, we have no minimum order amount for free shipping or anything like that.
