RATES

We place great importance on transparency, so that you know exactly what to expect from us in advance.

Working hours:

For our services, we charge a standard rate of €87 per hour, excluding VAT, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. This rate applies to services such as repairs and inspections. Material costs, including parts and installation materials, are charged separately.

Travel Costs:

For travel costs, we charge a rate of €87 per hour, excluding VAT, with a minimum charge of 0.5 hours. Travel time is calculated from the time of departure from Oldenzaal until the time of return to Oldenzaal, unless otherwise agreed.

Applicability:

This service is only available within the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty:

No rights can be derived from our service visits. Work carried out is only covered by warranty if this has been clearly communicated to the customer in writing beforehand.

Payment:

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation / Rescheduling of Appointments:

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge travel costs.

Price Changes:

The stated rates may be indexed annually. Current rates can always be found on our website.

Liability:

We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer before or during the service visit.
